Yes, definitely!
For me to portray your pet's character and best likeness, you need to supply me with a good, clear photo.
Using a cell phone is OK but I will need the original picture, not one resized in email.
Do move back so the animal's head is not distorted by the camera lens.
Preferably get down to the animal's level when taking the photo.
It is best to be outdoors with sunlight over your left or right shoulders as you face the animal, to get a catchlight in its eyes.
Best times are early morning or late afternoonwhen the sun is at more of an angle.
Using a squeaky toy can get the dog/cat's attention and an alert expression as you click the shutter.
Get a clear head and shoulders shot with space around head, preferably a front view showing both eyes, rather than a side view.
Ears must not be cut off and should preferably be pricked up/forward.
Plain backgrounds are preferable.
These will vary according to the weight and size of the parcel and whether it's overseas or local delivery. Please click on DHL for overseas delivery and The Courier Guy for deliveries in South Africa to get an idea of costs. A final quote will be given with your invoice.
